Jr.NTR, Ileana starrer Shakti is all set to hit the big screens on 1st April. Being a highest budgeted film of Telugu cinema history, Shakti is creating wonders with its distribution rights of the film all-over. The latest buzz is the distribution rights of the film for Vizag have been sold out for a whopping sum of Rs 3.5 crores.
Earlier Ram Charan starrer Orange is the only film that made a record price of Rs 3.3 Crores in Vizag and now Shakti has created a new record. Director Meher Ramesh has crafted this socio-fantasy film as an action entertainer with a powerful flashback episode which unravels in Egypt. Along with Egypt, the film was also shot in Haridwar, Jaipur, Ladakh etc. Aswini Dutt produced this 45 crore budgeted film under his Vijayanthi Movies banner.
