Story:
Gowri Shankar (Jagapathi Babu) is a CI in police and he is corrupt to the core. He has an assistant Ranga Rao (jeeva). The story begins with an acid attack on two college girls and this is followed by a kidnapping of a school student and she is also killed by drowning in a furnace. While the police tries to investigate, the persons responsible for the crimes also get killed in a similar manner. This leads to the arrival of a CB-CID officer (murali sharma) who starts his investigation. He comes up with a startling discovery. What is that discovery? What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Performances
Jagapathibabu performs with ease and is authentic as a cop. He has done a few cop movies in which he played encounter specialist and was convincing at that. He delivers similar authenticity in his mannerisms and expressions. He is certainly the biggest USP of this otherwise cliched movie. If anyone had doubts, Vimala Raman clears them up with this film that she is here to sign anymovies irrespective of the role in the film. She is relegated to a few songs and blink and miss roles. Mayuri sizzles in her item number and the way she broke into a jig was good. Murali Sharma too was in tandem with his role and matches up to the intensity of Jagapathibabu’s action. The others are absolutely ignorable.
Kasepu Verdict: NOTHING SPECIAL, Not Good And Not Bad. But  climax was different
